Stefaan Haspeslagh brings extensive financial and governance experience to Orea Capital's Board of Directors. He served for many years as CFO and later COO of Tessenderlo Group, while also serving as Chairman of the Board and CFO of Picanol Group until Picanol's full integration into Tessenderlo.
Today, he is Managing Director at Findar and Koramic. He holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
His expertise in governance, acquisitions and long-term growth strengthens Orea Capital's Board of Directors at an important stage in the company's continued expansion.
